Commission rules
Form for ordering a commission
- Contact me for the commissions via this email [email protected]
- Make it clear in the first email what type of commissions you'd like to order.
- Send a clear digital reference of the character(s) you'd like to be drawn.CHARACTER DESIGN- For the charcter design, let me know all the possible details that would be helpful for me to understand your idea.
- Make a full, clear description.
- You can send some visual references/examples from Pinterest or other preferable platforms.REFERANCE SHEET- In case you're going to order a reference sheet, make it clear what things/details you'd want to add to the reference sheet.
- Only after all details were discussed and settled I'll be able to name you the exact price.
Payment upfront
I require a full upfront payment before starting doing any progress on commission. This way I prevent myself from wasting time doing commission that wasn't payed.
Payment via paypal
I accept payments only via PayPal in USD. So if you don't have PayPal I won't be able to accept your commission request.
no refunds
Once you ordered and payed for the commission - any cansellations or refunds won't be possible.
extra character - extra full price
If you going to request more than 1 character, mind that it will be extra full price for every extra character depending on the commission type you chose.
Higher Price than on pricelist
Price might get higher depending on the character's design complexity and amount of details in it.
PayPal Fee
As Paypal takes 3,49% from the overall amount, the final price will be increased by this persantage in order I was able to get a full amount per work.
(You can ask for a fee calculator screenshot to make sure I don't ask any more than it suppose to be).
Completion Dates
I don't have any specific dates for finishing commission, it might take from a few days to a few weeks, all depends on how busy I'm with the other commissions that were ordered before yours.
wip's
I provide WIP sketches for all type of works, but I provide all types of WIP's only for character designs, just to keep everything's agreed with the commissioner.
watermark
All my works have my watermark and you're not allowed to remove or change it, as all works that I've done belong to me.
Credits
You can repost my works only with full credit to me as an original artist and author of the work.
